Civvo support
Civvo lets you report street problems, like fly-tipping and potholes, to your local council.

Email civvo.support@protonmail.com.
Delete your data
In the app, go to Account › Delete my data. It deletes your reports and their photos, the flags you made, your confirmed email, any unused code and your sign-in, and clears Civvo on your phone. It can't recall reports councils have already received, or usage data already sent.
If you delete the app without using Delete my data, your reports stay on Civvo.
Request deletion without the app
If you confirmed an email in Civvo, email civvo.support@protonmail.com from that address, asking us to delete your data. We'll delete everything Delete my data would from our servers: your reports and their photos, the flags you made, your confirmed email, any unused code and your sign-in. We'll reply when it's done. Like Delete my data, it can't recall reports councils have already received, or usage data already sent.
If you never confirmed an email, we have nothing that links your data to you, so use Account › Delete my data in the app.
What we keep after deleting
Whichever way you delete your data, we keep only:
- the email address of anyone we've banned for abuse, so it can't be used to confirm again
- usage data and crash reports already sent, until Google deletes them: Google Analytics keeps usage data for up to 14 months after your last use, and Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days
Councils keep the reports they've already received, under their own privacy policies.
Where Civvo works
Civvo doesn't cover every council yet. If it doesn't cover the place you're reporting, or can't show bin days for your address, the app tells you.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what information the app uses, who it goes to, and how to delete it.
